This hasn't been my week.
First of all I bought a car from the most stupid woman in the world. The kind of woman who'd get the car a new battery, but wouldn't know you have do proper maintenance on it. She'd also take the car to any repair shop, where she'd been taken advantage of again and again.
My roomie's worked with a wonderful mechanic in the past and he will take care of it as soon as the previous owner sorts out all the papers, and god knows when that'll be. Until that, I'm afraid to ride the car in case it breaks down (like last friday ).

If my car problems weren't enough, today while I was washing the dishes I suddenly noticed I was surrounded with water. Turns out that our main drain is heavily clogged. The plumber came today, but it's impossible for him to repair it without destroying the kitchen cabinet. Which the building administration won't pay for, even if the whole problem was caused because some son-of-a-mule built the kitchen cabinet on top of the drain, blocking any access to it.

The boys and I want to move out of this lousy apartment. If the problem with the drain wasn't reason enough (I just can't do the laundry or wash dishes without a small flood), the real estate people are worse than pirates. Usually, when you're renting a place and you pay everything on time, when you have to renegotiate the contract you get a little discount. We weren't expecting much really, but the sons of bitches offered a $20 discount (something around U$6). So generous!

I really hate ranting, but there isn't much I can do at the moment. Tomorrow's a very important day for me and the last thing I want to do is freak out again. I can freak out anyday, but not tomorrow.
Wish me luck, will you all? I feel so lonely right now...
