While I could make a long list of the things I hate about living downtown in Savannah during St. Patty's Day week, nothing quite measures up to the level of fun that is going out for half an hour and coming back to find some asshole tourist has parked in my spot. And no, I don't mean my spot on the street where it's public and they have every right to. I'm not that bitchy. I mean my parking spot off the lane in the back of the house on private property. I really don't even want to be here today if at all possible. I just wanted to load up a few boxes of stuff to take over to the new place (which has gated parking, haha parking space stealing fuckers) now that the parade is over and get some work done before my lunch date. But no, because my very pregnant self is in no way in the mood to hike to my car with a rather bulky load of boxes.

Getting anything done today was a nice little fantasy, but it's just not gonna happen.
