I normally avoid talking politics as a rule, but this just struck me as amusing and horrifyingly ignorant, actual political views aside. My in-laws are visiting and when my mom in-law asked what projects I was working on, I showed her a few things, some advertising stuff, a few pages of book stuff, and my most recent promo image which is a caricature of Hillary Clinton. The image of Clinton, without any other provocation, instantly triggered the offhanded comment that Obama shouldn't be president because she couldn't imagine voting for a muslim that won't say the pledge of allegiance. Good stuff...
