St. Patty's Day is here and so are the tourists! Riding home on Thursday was just hilarious. All through the historic district, the locals, particularly those living along the parade route, had their cars pulled up in front of their houses loading up bags and suitcases to go out of town this week while the St. Patty's Day crowds overtake the city.
