Not much going on. Ithras and I got gym memberships together earlier this week since the city will pay for most of his as long as he goes atleast 8 times a month. We went on Thursday and got some exercise. They offer yoga classes too. I'm hoping to take him to one this morning if he gets up in time. He has to pass a fitness exam that includes a flexibility portion, so I'm using that as an excuse to make him go with me.

I found something funny at the gym though. People generally associate wieght with fitness level. I went in, haven't been in a gym or out doing much for about a month and a half, and hopped on one of the cardio machine things and ran for almost half an hour before I was just bored to tears, but not terribly sore or worn out. Which, as a side note, I really need a working ipod or something to play music, because I just can't stand there and run for an hour. I don't see how people do it. But anyways, on the original point, this thin, healthy looking blonde girl comes in. She gets on a treadmill. She turns up the speed and is like powerwalking. By the 5 minute mark sweat was pouring off her. At 7 minutes she stops it and practically crawls off and back to the locker rooms. I was just kind of amazed. I watched her come from her car, in the door, so it wasn't like she'd ridden her bike there and then did a ton of wieghts or something first.

It was just strange and somewhat comforting to see a girl with a build that most people consider an indicator of being healthy and taking care of yourself that my chubby, soggy self could run laps around.

I may have decided to give up on the gym and instead buy a DDR game for my Ps2 and then accompany it with True Fitness *I think it's called that* which is a personalied exercise game *if it can be called that mor elike a perosnal treiner for your Ps2* and just do all my working out before sitting back down to play more WoW tongue

Ok I found out I got the name wayyyyy wrong, the other game I was looking at is Yourself!Fitness which I have heard many good things about except for the sound on Ps2 so I may steal an Xbox and run that version*.

I have heard good things about DDR and thats why I thought I would pick it up, the other one I have heard good things about is Eye Toy Kinetik but I also want a more in depth work out whcih is why I am also going to get Yourself!Fitness.
