It feels like a long time since I last posted a blog. Usually when I write these days it's a cover letter or a resume of some kind. I've been making job hunting my full time job for the past 5 weeks now. I graduated December 17th and I decided to really treat myself to a vacation over the Christmas holiday. My advisors said it wouldn't hurt my chances for a job since nobody hires in December. So I went back to LA, visited the family, and enjoyed the city for 3 weeks.
Now I'm back in Seattle and I have been since January 7th. I plan to stay here as long as I can. I've been throwing out job applications left and right and so far I've only gotten 2 calls. I'll keep anyone who's reading updated but at the moment I'm still unemployed.
I'll try to write more. It really is a nice way to end the day/night. I'll try to think of something funny at least, or something entertaining.
