Well its official, I'm too old to be putting up with festival bullshit or maybe I was just too straight but either way Soundwave was my last one. Strictly shows at full strength alcohol venues from now on!
Wanted to see Primus for ages there live show was so boring I almost left before it ended, Rob Zombie was the same, I must admit I was along way from the stage for rob Zombie but he may aswell have just played his film clips on a big screen from where I was. No energy like they didn't want to be up there!
In good news Gang of four was good, small crowd but they put on a good show. The singer pushing 60 odd years old was off his head, he was so fucked up he had to sit down at one stage and have a rest I thought he was going to die but glad I saw them.
Best band I saw by far was Pennywise, disappointed never saw the old singer but the new guy and the bands energy was insane had the crowd cutting circles for few songs got nice and voilent for some but was shit they had them on a crappy small stage.
So yeah next up if I can make it down there is Dead Kennedys and Suicidal Tendencies playing the HI-FI bar in Brisbane but someone said Jello Biafra isn't going to be there for DK's tour.

yeah festivals are fucking full on hey ... I'm excited to see all the pop punk bands .. I heard a few bad things a primus thats disapointing . Thanks for the heads up i won't be watching em ..

If you want to see one of the true legendary punk bands check these guys out,D.O.A from Canada,they have been going nearly 30 years and play some awesome political punk.
