Alrighty then.

Yet another weekend comes to a close. I've been house/pet sitting for a friend of mine while him and his fiance are in Florida on vacation. He has a ton of pets; two dogs, three cats, a huge oscar, a tarantula, and two ferrets. I brought one of his dogs over to my house yesterday so she could run around. She is a rescued greyhound and she is the sweetest dog I've ever met. I have five acres so I took her out and we ran around for a while. Whew! Talk about kicking my ass! That dog can RUN. She doesn't look like she's going fast but she has a stride that's unbelievable, it was really cool to watch her run.

I spent today working on my yard. I mowed and cut some trees down and cleaned up some junk, it was a really nice day. It kept threatening to rain but it hasn't yet.

One of my cats caught a little baby bunny. I took it away from him and I have it in a cage for the moment. It doesn't have any obvious injuries but it doesn't seem to be doing real well. I've been forcing it to drink water. Hopefully I can nurse it back to health and then release it.

Now I need to clean up inside my house. Ugh! Anyone want to live with be and be my maid? I'll make it worth your while...

The cute little baby bunny didn't make it. Don't know what was wrong with it but it didn't pull through *awww*
