Alright, get this.....
We had some pretty big storm cells rip through here this afternoon. I just lost all my power. It flickered about an hour ago and then came back on but now it's been off for almost a half hour.
I can still surf the internet! The phone lines are OK and I have a laptop so I'm running off of battery power.
I think it's kinda funny. I find the whole dichotomy of me surfing the net while lighting my house by candlelight to be rather amusing. It's "Little House on the Prairie" meets "George Jetson".
It's the little things in life that amuse me.
