I went to the drop zone in Gobles Saturday afternoon. It was a beautiful day. Things were kinda slow for some reason. I only got three jumps in. It was a good time though. I got my camera working and got a few shots. I need to fine tune things a bit though.

Afterwards, we got some beer and went to a friends house in Kalamazoo to drink and grill out. Once we ran out of beer, we cruised around the corner to the party store for more. There were a ton of college kids out all over the street partying. We grabbed a couple of beers and went sightseeing. It was rush week or something and there were scantily clad coed's everwhere. I BS'd my way into one of the frat houses. It was wall to wall drunk people and with all those people inside it was about 110 degrees. Hot, humid, and smelly. They had a reggae band playing in the basement and a bunch of sand on the floor to make it a beach.

We ended up just walking down one of the back streets until two cops jumped out at us and busted us for open intox. That sucks, I got a fucking ticket for $100!! What the hell? Western Michigan University has had all sorts of issues with drunken parties and student riots and underage drinking in the last couple of years, it's been all over the news, so here's the cops hiding fifty yards away from a huge underage drunken party spilling out onto the streets with people fighting passing out tickets to people with half a beer in their hands! What a crock of shit that is.

I think I'll fight it. Just for the hell of it.
