Aaaah! Sooo much going on right now.
Took Free2B up to hang out with MistressMissy and Evanwhatshisname for their housewarming party. It was cool, it was kind of a last minute decision to go so we didn't stay over but it was great to see people I hadn't seen in a long time!
I've been ebaying a bunch of misc items from the drop zone off. After the tragic accident, Mary is not going to keep the DZ active and she is getting rid of all the equipment and gear.
My storage business is going well, we're about 85% rented at the moment and I am going through the trials and tribulations of booting a non paying tenant out. It's a pain in the ass but nowhere near as big a one as trying to evict people from a residential rental.
Speaking residential rentals, I got the exterior of mine painted and I've got a court date with the city to have them sign off on it. Hopefully that will go well. I'm going to bust my ass on it and get the inside fixed up, painted, carpet, misc. repairs, etc. and I'm going to just sell it instead of renting it out again, because:
I'm going to be buying an airplane! I'm going in on it with 3 (hopefully) other people. If not it will be just two of us and we are going to run a skydive operation. Our focus at first will be mainly
Demonstration Jumps and Tandem Skydive but if all goes well we will expand into a full function drop zone.
How kool is that!
