there are times where if it's your "first offense" you don't have to pay ANYTHING, as well as not doing any time....
as long as you "don't get caught" again within 6 mo.
i feel for you on the curfew thing.
the same thing actually happened to me when i crashed my car drunk, somehow didn't get a DUI but drove myself home afterwards (my car wasn't wrecked, just the front bumper messed up)
and my mom caught me coming in and i had blood on my forehead from my head hitting the windshield...
yeah i wasn't even allowed to drive myself to work the rest of the summer.
and i wasn't allowed to do ANYTHING else.
it definitely sucked.

i know how you feel though.. i've been in the same position many times.. just keep you head up and remember everything always works out in the end. I was making $400 a week before i started school.. now i'm making $180 a week.. and it's hell. I am FOREVER overdrafting, paying shit late, in debt to my eyeballs.. but i try to tell myself when i'm out of school and making 90K a year... it'll be worth it.
