spazzing

the 8 days of my ignite diet are done.
i did pretty good i think. cheated on the first day with a beer and taquitos. had a dennys at 2 in the morning on the 6th night. and ice cream last night. but these were all necessary things.

started at 195.5 lbs
current weight 187 lbs
lost 8 pounds?

current inches
12.5 arm (same)
13 1/2 neck (lost half inch maybe)
43 bust (same. yay!)
35 wait (lost an inch)
43 belly (lost inch and half)
46 hip (same)
25 thigh? (lost 4 inches? seems wrong, i think i measured wrong) edit: I know what it is, must have originally seen the 6 as a 9 on the first measurement. so lost 1 inch.

im gonna keep up the protein shakes (till i run out) and careful eating. and tryyyyyyyyy to work out

but yea, i look better in my shorts
