day one of this fancy 8 day diet that i am doing with my mom again. i lost like 8.5 pounds last time, i hope i can do it again. and this time i'm taking body measurements :o

starting weight: 195.5 (granted im on my period and had just drank a big glass of water)
starting inches:
neck: 14 inches
upper arm: 12.5
bust: 43
wast: 36
lower waist/belly button: 44.5
hips: 46
thigh: 29
