spazzing

i am dealing with some super stupid shit right now. A few weeks ago I noticed some fraudulent charges in my bank statement, I called, got them refunded, and canceled my card and got a new one. I had no idea how it could have happened. I never lost my card or gave it to someone, and all these charges are from local places. my only thoughts were either vile hacker in my neighborhood who someone has my email and passwords and everything, or someone at work went through my purse. anyways, i got a new card and thought it was done....

well just now i looked at my bank statement and found three new charges!!! I don't want to cancel my card again, and obviously that isn't going to fix anything. how the fuck is this happening!?!?!?! what did i do? is it someone from work? is it a scary hacker situation? how do i fix this?
