ok well the pictures i wanted never/haven't surfaced yet, so we are just going with what i have
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!!!!!!!

monday is a stupid day for halloween but it actually worked out real well and extended the holiday nicely

on thursday I helped out my mom by working at this little elementary school carnival. i was in charge of the witchy bean bag toss, and was of course a witch. Tom was my hillbilly sidekick. we were the life of the party! the other teachers envied our young spirit and enthusiasm tongue lol it was fun. i thoroughly raised fear and laughter at the same time



on friday, Tom and I carved pumpkins and finished up the decorating. Tom was extra pleased with his little puking pumpkin











Saturday was the night of the big Halloween party at the farm haus. i had to work before it which sucked cuz we were so understaffed but i got to wear my costume and there was a place next to my work giving free gelato to people in costume. i was the bearded lady and tom was a skeleton dude in a suit (or as he liked to say a barker for a freak show were the bearded lady was his main act)
it took me like 3 hours to do his makeup cuz he wouldn't sit still

i even put on false eylashes with glitters


i had to left up my mustache to eat my gelato


we had a lot of fun walking around petsmart and stuff before i went to work, catching looks and compliments from people
the party was great. there were so many great costumes but i forgot to take pictures of many of them whatever great music too. got to hear one of my friends bands for the first time

on sunday i woke up feeling the need to bake. i made two more pumpkin pies and some halloween cupcakes. i wanted to make a apple pie with a jack-o lantern crust but didn't get to it frown anyways, being in that baking mood got me to dress up all 50's house wife-ish (and rockabilly by night) i even had a lovely vintage apron to wear



i accidentally burnt the pies....

then that night i went to schmakey's place and got my medusa pierced! biggrin its still really swollen and kinda annoying but i love it

tom and I celebrated the oncoming of Halloween with photobooth. (as you can see, because of the skull makeup, he had to shave everything. he woke up the next morning all shaved with some black still around his eyes. i made fun of him and said he looked like marilyn mansons little brother)







on actual Halloween, i didn't feel like getting in my fancy getup again so i was a werewolf!! biggrin

tom tried out his new contacts he got. he wanted the manson ones but they were out so he got these uv ones cuz they looked similar. turns out they weren't an opaque light green color like we thought but they still look pretty cool. this is a bad picture of them

i ended up not going to school. we helped decorate at toms place and had dinner with his mom, then went to my place to pass out candy (to the very few trick or treaters we get) and watch spooky movies with lots of beer and snausages and more candy.

also there was this lizard in a shower


it was a good halloween

That looks like a blast! Glad you guys had fun. We lost power Saturday night and didn't get it back until Tuesday afternoon, so Halloween was cancelled this year. All the kids had to stay home, because there were power lines down, and trees down. We were freezing. Blah...not a good Halloween for me. But we finally got power and internet, so I'm happy.
