ok jesus christ i need to fucking update. i've been super neglectful of sg this past month.

so here's vegas:

there were some spectacular lighting storms on the way there

had to stop at buffalo bills first of course. originally my mom just wanted to stay the weekend at state line but i persuaded her my way after finding a great deal on a place just off the strip


we stayed at the ramada behind Ballys. it was awesome. the rooms were really nice and it was all just a 15 min walk to the best part of the strip

this new phone is fucking terrible at taking nighttime vegas pics. but awww look at tom looking al spiffy in his suit

the paris ate all his money but before this we were at o'sheas and he won 35 bucks on a penny machine which was pretty sweet

tom and i split the most tastiest burger i ever had. smoked gooda, applewood bacon, tomato, sundried tomato mayo, and caramelized onions. also, this picture is great <3

ALSO last weekend i worked on another music video. it was for Speakers...? look out for them i guess. it wa a fun shoot. lower budget, but i got to do a lot of set dressing which is what im into. i put up the pretty lights tongue Rachel (my boss/teacher) left for a few hours after dinner to work on her other job and when she came back she gestured to our crew to sneak outside with her and when we did she surprised us with milkshakes biggrin







the fair is here! tom and i have gone twice so far. there are baby kangaroo/walaby creatures in the petting zoo :3 and i now know what fried kool aid is. i've eaten far too much crap and spent far too much money on it....





yesterday....or maybe the day before, i was looking on craigslist for art supplies and found the exact plein air easel that i wanted for my birthday. someone in town was selling it for only 50 bucks. my mom gave me money so i went to get it woooo now i have an awesome new portable easel that i can take with my downtown or to the beach or up in ojai and paint pretty things or draw caricatures with or something.....hopefully this will help aid me in money making. but i still need to find cheap canvases.

oh, and i start a cake decorating class that my grandma signed me up for tonight

so yea, theres my big update

my birthday is the 28th
i start school the 29th
i have to start paying off court fees the 26th
i still have no real job
i am still taking commissions

and yet another little thing i must mention!!!! my friend mike pecci, aka sureality has just unleashed his grindhouse dvd. it should be fucking awesome. go check it out!

I got it done at Third Eye Labratory (new shop, on Front St in Ventura, right by the Wharf) by Jason Gaston, i highly reccomend him, he's done almost all of my tattoos.

and damn! I wanted to try the deep fried kool-aid, but they were out after the beach boys played. boo.
