I just went to the salon this morning to get myself my first ever brazilian wax. thats right kids. whew was that liberating! i think they should have lollipops for when you're done as a reward. meep! she said to come back in a month. i think i'll keep it up..although it fairly spendy. (so you know, if you want to donate money for the fund..) don't know if i'll go to the same place or not. she did a fair job, not perfect though.. and im a perfectionist she was friendly though. a cute little place in dinkytown.

last night when leaving my house to go to Cub I saw a rat on the road (at the end of my block). not a street rat. more like a domestic pet rat that had escaped from some little girls cage and is now saying hALLELUEAH IM FREE... but will probably be eaten or smooshed in a couple days. ha. i finally cleaned my rats cage today. im so mean. i clean it about every 2 weeks at most. gross.

self hypnosis is way cool!!! you should try it. i learned it yesterday in my occupational therapy session.. i didn't think it would work on me, but then it did. i was totally aware of everything that was going on.. what she was doing, what i was doing, the clock ticking, etc. but i felt heavy and relaxed and at the same time floaty and all dizzy in a good way. RAD! I can tell you the method I learned if you are interested... it gets you into the Alpha state, which is just a deeply relaxed state. kicks fuckin ass it does. my mom also bought this set of cds that gets you to that state as well, i tried it for the first time today. it's a combination of rain and tones that line up with your brain frequencies. somethin like that. my mom absolutly loves it.

damn im a busy girl. can't i just go back to sleep please? i can't wait for gooseberry.
