So I felt like the Tower Records interview went really well. They are willing to work out a deal so I can leave 2 weeks with Disney...if I get the job. The only thing is that they were looking for a Full Timer and I can only be available Part Time due to school. However, at the end of the interview there was hope because the managers mentioned that they have decided that they might need to hire two Part Timers instead of one Full Timer. So hopefully I'm one of the two. The have interviews until 3pm today, then I'm suppose to call them around 4pm when I get out of my History class to hear my verdict. I'm nervous. I want this job so bad. It's so close to home it will save me so much in gas. Although it's about a $1 an hour drop from my current pay, I'm ok with it. To be doing something in the field of music will truely make me happy.
I forgot to mention however my hopes to work at the Renaissance Faire this year, every Sat/Sun April 8th-May 21st. Hopefully, if I get the job I can negotiate with them. But if they see that as a sacrifice they can't make...then I will sacrifice working Renaissance Faire I guess, because in logic it would make more sense to take the longer lasting job? Right?
Well, I should get going. I have to do laundry today, then History 2:30-4pm, then call Tower Records back Re: Job, then go back to History to watch the Crucible and do a note taking assignment during the video for extra credit 4-6pm, then come home and get dolled up and meet with my friend to go up to Hollywood to CLUB RAGE!!!!!!! It's all about gay clubs...everyone is so much nicer. If anyone reading this lives near Santa Monica and San Vicente you should definately go tonight! And feel free to come dance with me.
