Ivan's projected path looks like its going to spank Florida/Alabama area. It looks like MS will be getting spared, yay. (sucks for the rest of the people, though) Not that I live down there, but there are a lot of people I knoew that do. I think it is comparable to Camille back in 1969 which completely fux0red the MS coast.

Hopefully your family are out of here, most people have been evacuated by now. The only people I know that are still here are emergency and utility personnel. They might be on their way to visit you!
