Posty Mcpost....So after losing 10 lbs (since 2002), then gaining it back during this past spring, I am finally starting to lose it back, yippee and hooray. It took like a year to get to the point where I was semi-happy with my physique and a few months to become completely miserable again.
I blame it on living with boys who eat junk food, dealing with depression, and of course, not exercising. I take full responsibility for my actions, but of course, I stayed relatively thin for a year and 1/2. Yeah, there is not a whole lot going on in my life right now, I guess depending on how you look at it, is a good thing.
Yolanda (my crazy alter ego) does not come here very often, anymore.
