Well the weekend has come and gone and it was a perfect weekend at that. At the taproot concert stephen richards (the leadsinger) was fucking the coolest rock star i've seen man. He jumped down in the mosh pit with everyone and was singing while down there; he then proceeded to run up behind the bar pour himself beers for his band run back to the stage, give them the beer then come back out and make fun of the people sitting down, all while singing the whole time. He later ended up getting this 70 year old guy to get on stage and crowd surf (the guy was just there because his kid was showing him the concerts of these modern dayz).... very kick ass time.
So far this week has been uneventful, just got done playing volleyball which is fun as hell, I like being active in whatever... But that'z about that, only 4 more days till i get to go snowboarding in tahoe, i'm sooo hyped. Maybe i'll be able to pull some stuff off of these jumps and halfpipes this time. I'm Air Transportation, so we were the ones loading all the HR. Those couple days that there were like 7 or 8 going through at a time, was just crazy. It just really puts things into perspective. After that I didn't complain having to stay a few extra weeks, at least I wasn't going home in a transfer case.
