have you ever had those moments of clarity when you recognize your thought patterns? i've recently realized some that the consumer of resouces has left me with. 
things like "do it this way so he won't get mad." i was horrified at 1st, because this is soooooooooo not me. but as in meditation, i am trying not to judge myself & just be glad that i can see this pattern for what it is & take steps to break it.
& now, of course, i am thinking of all the things i can do now that he's out of the equation like leave for my trip today. YEAH!!!
i will be jamaica for a week & then on to hotlanta to see my daddy & his clan for a week. both should be fun & relaxing & i hope this trip will later be titled "how spanoonoos got her grove back"
i'll toast you all while drinking my rum. twisting my fatty & looking at the stars.
