This economy is starting to effect everything around me from my personal life to social.

I have been without a contract at my job since april and thats always in the back of my mind, Last thing i need is to go out on a strike for 6+ months. Just the thought of it makes me stress

I could be on strike tomorrow or be secure in my job with a 5 year contract but not knowing which way it will go is not fun.

on the plus side if and when the contract is signed i will get a nice retro check.
