I dont know what it is but I have a weakness for Books, I Have Stacks of books i need to read and i still buy more, I was at the book store today and the New Ash Tree Press book is out, Its the first in a series of three or four books reprinting the stories of Sheridan Le Fanu.

La Fanu was one of the Greatest Victorian Ghost story writers ever, His work Influenced Several People including Bram Stoker. Books are one of my weakness's.

The Opening for My October Monster show tonite was Dead, Not the best turn out, Not the worst either, I sold 4 pieces of art, Hopefully more will sell thru the shows run. Everyone liked the art though, So thats good.

it's on a series of compilations called 'hot boppin' girls' that came out in the early 90's. it was also recorded in the 50's, but anisteen's version is all soulful and bluesy...like big mama thornton's version of 'hound dog,' as opposed to elvis'. i think wanda recorded hers first, but somehow a big, black woman singing it seems more appropriate!

ugh- i hope i don't sound like a snob or a show off...i hate people like that.
