well we didn't win the Broadcast Fives but we got through to the last 16 which was probably further than we thought we'd get.

Happy to report that there were no major injuries to the team and I managed to get away with only a grazed and badly bruised right knee, which being in goal wasn't too bad a result.

I'm playing in the Broadcast Fives football tournament tomorrow which should be interesting as I've only recently started playing 5-a-side football again after an almost 4 year break.

So please wish me luck as I think I'm going to need it.
