Aw jeez, insomnia sucks and I'm a notoriously bad sleeper, always have been.
If I have enough warning...I'll take tylenol pm...(since it takes a while to kick in and lasts for 8 hrs)
If I miss my window for the pm stuff...I take benedryl...it only lasts 4 hours, so you won't be all groggy and shit.
Of course, these days...I've just been using the whiskey.
