So far I'm liking it around here. I live REALLY far away from downtown...which should keep me out of trouble for a while and the students that go to my school are always willing to give me rides and crap (cuz i'm still a new yorker in the sense that i don't have a car)!
I hear Austin is the place to be! I'm sure at some point I'll be able to make my way up there. Apparently the guy who owns the Continental club up there owns the Continental club down here too...so I'll be sure to make his acquaintance as soon as I can manage it. Plus, he's into hot rods...which is why I'm here to begin with!
Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for the welcome. I'm gonna add you to my friends list so I can keep tabs on all the excitement I'm missing up in Austin

The move is just about finished after a dalema with losing the storage key and trying to get a locksmith to re-key the lock. We finally decided to just drill a hole in to the damn thing and get my stuff out. My crap was more important that the lock that was protecting it. eh, the bike is coming along slowly. I finally have the majority of parts I need to really start going on it. I need to pick up a welder though (and teach myself how to weld).
I hear you on being busy, it's cool. What i'm wanting to do is work out a sleeve, something involving a old-style chopper like i'm building. but more of a hot-rod influenced look. Aces & 8's, revolvers. more traditional elements... haven't really worked it all out yet, but i liked the style of your drawings, so i thought maybe you'd have some other ideas... I'm in no big hurry though...

That about sums it up... I need to just relax and recover from all the shananigans that I have been upto lately. Traveling around the states is fun but it eats up money like a festering cancer. Work is very straining especially sence I still haven't recovered from the lost time on the last trip.

This trip is going to suck I will probably end up sleeping throught the F1 races, expensive nap but probably a well deserved one.
