well hello to anyone who might be reading this......

its been a very hectic few weeks with preperations for the Reading half marathon ( one of my companies makes all the signs for it, amongst others!!) but now thats all over im sort of lost as what to do with some free time i have!!!! any ideas anyone????

The one thing i have done is quit smoking, it's so easy, if you dont buy any you cant smoke them!!

Ive also whatched 'shaun of the dead' far too many times than can surely be healthy, it just makes me laugh so much. especially the line where there in shauns front room when the zombie bride groom comes in and shaun jumps up and says 'oh he's got an arm off' just cracks me up. easily pleased i guess

also decided on my new tattoo for the inside of my forearm, its latin and says 'CARPE DIEM' which means ' the enjoyment of the pleasures of the moment without the concerns for the future' it going to be in a cool gothic font and i think just about sums up the way i live my life!!

anyway hope all of you are hvaing a good time whatever your doing, be good and if you cant be good be careful!!!!
