Today I went out and got to large microwave safe cups so I can make botanical soap. Yesterday was date night with my bf, we made face scrubs and watched a movie and painted our kitchen table. Then he watched movies while I made bath salts and fizzy things you put in the bath with you.
I went to the leather store in town and got most of a hide of dark brown buffalo, and then 2 small pieces. I think the buffalo will be moccasin boots, or maybe just moccasins. They are in fairly hi demand I guess. I am having the guy at the shop order leather for me. I will finally be getting a heavy and light weight purple leather. So that means purple FLOGGERS! Fuck yes! I also got a heavy turquoise and a light weight green. I am very excited for them. I have taken a few days off from making anything (out of leather) and I need to make more so I can have more space.
I have over 10 full hides and probably close to 50 smaller sides and skirts, plus a bunch of assorted stuff. Up cycle and scraps from designers. Ridiculous, no?
I think I need to get moving. I wish I could put pics from my phone in the computer easier, then I could post pics of my shop..ummm....once I clean it again. Leather dust every where, and scraps.
