A post about stick thin and how it isn't good :S
I'm not stick thin..but to be honest I couldn't care. It's not a good role model to be stick thin, it's a bad impression on young girls today, making them believe that a size 4-6 UK is a good size. It's not. Yes I love food, I love eating whatever I want whenever I want, and knowing that I might get a 'gut' doesn't bother me. Real women are curvy. Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, they both weren't stick insects. Yet they were beautiful people.
I exercise at most two times a week, during the winter. I follow a pilate's exercise routine. In the summer though I am active, I go surfing, and play volly ball and tennis.
But exercising isn't all of me and neither is eating healthily. I enjoy my life. I like eating junk food like take away's. I like having days where I do nothing at all.
Real Women have curves. Real women aren't body conscious. I know alot of the guys I meet and are friends with prefere their women to have a bit of meat on their bones.
So I guess what I am trying to say is..embrace your body. Don't hate it because you have a tummy or anything. Only people's comments can put you down but at the end of the day it's what you think about yourself that is much more important than all of that.

its disguesting when girls are so thin you can actually see there bones...
girls like that make me want to shove a burger down their throat haha ha
