for b. try to be more scarce around your mentor; she can't assign you things if she can't catch you
for c. Xanax? No, try and think of it like a performance and everyone is such a big fan of yours that it doesn't matter if you drop the ball here or there, you'll pick it up and keep going cause you're the one they're there to see.
