every night before I sleep, I light this candle and leave my window open
this candle is lit so that you may find your way
On your dark path you walk, clouded by hate, clouded by bad choices
My hope is one day in your lone walk, you see the glimmer of my light.
And will finally find the right path.
until you do, I will always have this candle burning in my window sill
without fail, no matter the wind, not matter the storms, not matter the cold it will stay there, burning bright.
