Austin Texas here I come!!! will be leaving on a jet plane tomorrow and can't wait to have the Monday special at Chewys for dinner tomorrow night!!!!

so after fighting a cold for a good week I think I'm finally back to normal. maybe not 100% but pretty darn close. And the timing couldn't be better with practice tomorrow & Friday I'm going to the Devils Opening day.

good grief I hate being sick! been fighting a cold for a few days now but it's kicking my butt!!! doing all my usual things to ward it off but nothing seems to work darn it! feel awful!

Oh how I absolutely love "local summer"!!!!! Living in a little seaside town is fantastic but as it is with everything it does have it's pros & cons. One con being the amount of tourists that come every summer. Know that a lot of local business rely on the money spent but that still does not mean that us locals are sorry to see them...
