All right, I know, I know, I have been a slacker!! I just got my internet connection back up and running on Monday, and I've just been trying to get everything in at least some sort of order!! I'm a little OCD, so having stuff just sitting around in boxes is driving me nuts!!!

My closing went fine on Friday, just signed the next 30 years of my life away, but that's okay!! I filled out the paperwork, got a load of stuff from my dad's house, and started moving!! I never realized how much stuff I really have! And once I started going through my clothes...holy shit! I could provide clothing for an entire 3rd world country!!!!

Friday night we laid low, went to Wal-Mart and my dad bought me groceries, cleaning supplies, etc. That was super sweet of him!! Then Saturday night, we had our SGNC get together....it was great to see you all....theyerg, Thriftx2Horatio, Fork, and of course the lovely livingoutloud. SteveNeurotic was also there, of course! Steve & I took livingoutloud back to my new place and while he was passing out, put him in funny poses and took pictures....see his journal for pictures.

He's actually staying until at least Thursday, and possibly through the weekend. If so, we'll likely head back to the same place as Saturday, I need some more fried pickles!!!!

I promise I'll be back to normal with everything soon, today should be spent at Lowe's getting paint to get started!! Have a great day everyone!
