A long road to walk alone
Ill walk with you awhile
A brief companion with whom to roam
Who shares your same denial
Although we know not where we are
Or where it is we go
Ill travel with you but not too far
For I do not wish to know
We can talk of memories
Of things we left behind
Or we could talk of dreams
That we now wish to find
But we shall not speak of present day
Nor of who we are
And when we go our sepperate ways
From each other we tread not far
For if you should need to look for me
Ill be where I was last
Standing near with my back to thee
Climbing sheets of glass
Ill walk with you awhile
A brief companion with whom to roam
Who shares your same denial
Although we know not where we are
Or where it is we go
Ill travel with you but not too far
For I do not wish to know
We can talk of memories
Of things we left behind
Or we could talk of dreams
That we now wish to find
But we shall not speak of present day
Nor of who we are
And when we go our sepperate ways
From each other we tread not far
For if you should need to look for me
Ill be where I was last
Standing near with my back to thee
Climbing sheets of glass
