Wow I am fucking lazy! I love this site and the coolness of its members, fuck myspace, myspace is like vanilla coke I think its gonna be the flavor of the week and then it will die. So let me give u a quick update on my life people..

so thats it, my life remains for the most part unchanged except for my lady friend Lynn, she kicks ass be nice to her :} for all those who know me or would like to know me give me a shout.

You need to use Adobe photoshop, or if you have another photo program that allows you to change image size.
Open the picture you want, then select the Image tab at the top and then select image size. Now SG recommends that you use a picture 235px wide by 175 px high. If its a little bigger its ok but they will probably resize it. Also when you save it on Adobe it will for quality # (1-12, 12 being the best) save it at 5 and the quality will be fine for here and it should meet all the requirements for size. Call me if you have any questions.
right click the pic.....then click edit.......then click image at the top of the tool bar......then click stretch/skew.....it will open a small box.......you can try reducing it by 50%......that should help!
