Fire alarm at 11:00 at night? Oh, but of course! What else is college for? And the elevator shut down or something, so it was down and up seven flights of stairs once, and then down and up again when I realized they had locked me out of my room. The bastards. And me, huffing and puffing. So out of shape. Out of my mind. I need to be studying, or sleeping, or something. I tried writing some poetry earlier but it was all crap and all my stupid poetry is about sex anyway so I don't want to post it on the internet. That's just a lil too weird for me. I think I also wrote one about trees destroying humanity and taking over the earth. But that wasn't very good either.

I know I sound like a whiny little bitch, but I really just want this whole Lagniappe thing to end. I want to go home and be lazy and irresponsible for a couple of months. Is that really too much to ask? Luckily, I seem to be impervious to bad grades. Seriously. I can put out the same quality work as my classmates and somehow recieve 20 extra points for it. Not that I'm complainig or anything, but it's really weird. It's times like this that my inner conspiracy theorist comes out and starts telling me weird crap. "Something's wrong with you, mentally, and everyone knows it but you don't and they're trying to be nice and make you feel special but when you graduate it's going to be a dummy diploma and you're going nowhere." You know, I think it was those Goosebumps books that started me thinking like that. I distincly remember one where there was all this crazy stuff going on at camp and one boy was told he had to kill his friend in the girl's camp or something, and when he refused, everything stopped and his parents stood up and said "It was all a test! And you passed! Hooray!"

Man, you know you're sleep deprived when you start writing long, incoherent blogs. I've also been rethinking the hopeful thing. There are a lot of girls a lot hotter than me and with much better photographers that get rejected. What chance do I have? I don't even have a set idea except maybe a circuit theme where I wrap myself in multicolored insulated wires. I might do that anyway, just because it sounds like fun.

You know what I miss? Roller coasters. I haven't been on a good roller coaster in ages. My favorite was always the Anaconda at Paramount Kings Dominion in VA. I rode every roller coaster there one day with Sara, the only albino girl I've ever met. We rode with our invisible friend Billy Bob. Every coaster, one after another, and we didn't stop until I got a massive nosebleed.

Okay, I think I've emptied my brain out a little. Time to go see what I can do with that physics.
