I'm so angry. There is an elderly lady who lives a couple of doors down and across the road from us. She can't see very well but apart from that, she is fairly with it.
Anyway she has been robbed three times in five months and before that she was targeted a few times.
This last time, last friday, they pretended they were from the water company and so she left them in. They took two handbags and 200.
So the dilemma all us neighbours have is this: what can we really do to help? My dad suggested that her doorbell be attached to some of the other neighbours by a device so that when it rings, one or more of us go over there, ask them what they want etc. I would be more than happy to do this, but all the neighbours who would most likely be around are either fairly elderly themselves or would not like to go over there. I don't blame them after all it could be a fairly difficult situation to handle.
I'm so cross that this keeps on happening and I swear if I caught them I would chop their balls off.

In answer to your question it was more of me being entirely apathetic, I started to type an update, got as far as 'q' and then ran out of impetus.
Such is me.
But now I have a question, have you thought any more about doing a set.? That is something I would genuinely be enthusiastic about seeing. No apathy on that score.

by the way, you should install a hidden camera (like they have in elevators and such) to take pictures of whoever comes to her door, so if it's someone who's been there more than once or they rob her then you guys will have their faces and the cops can actually do something about it....
