Saturday marked my second year of tattooing. I've come a long way from tattooing fruit.

Its really awesome to compare my first tattoo,

to the work I can do now.

I still have so much I can learn and improve upon, but that's what makes me love art, and my job. Also, tattooing raptors. Fuck yeah.


Of course I've got some new ink of my own and newly stretched ears (19mm!). Besides getting my sleeve worked on, I've got two new additions.


The bird tattoo, though not directly related, always reminds me of flight of the conchords.


In an effort to draw more outside of work, I recently started a series of color portraits based off my favorite horror movie characters. I may eventually do an art show, but for now its all about fun and practice.

Ripley from alien is in progress as well, but she's not at the sharing stage yet.

If you've heard anything about me liking mudkips... Its all true!!! A good friend of mine gave me her emerald version to play and i couldn't resist! Its the only generation I haven't played and I missed out big time.
Since being Misty for Halloween, I've got a new appreciation for water Pokemon.

Oh yeah, and I'm back to my old ginger self.
