Well, I haven't had much time lately to play with my newest lens acquisition, my Canon TS-E 90 mm tilt-shift lens.
First, I poked it out the office window to shoot the mall below.

Then, I snuck up on my office manager, who was reading at her desk. I don't know if you can really get the full impact of what this lens is doing in this image. Take a very careful look at what is in focus and what is out. You'll see that the plane of focus does not run parallel to the camera. That's what, to me, makes this interesting.

Other than poking around at the office, though, I've had no possibility to play around with it. The images I shot of my office manager helped me get an idea of what the tilt function can do in a portrait.
That's an effect I'm hoping to get to play with quite a bit more over the lifetime of that lens.

Cool shots!! I want a 90 Ts so bad. i have a 45 but the 90 would be sweet for food shots.
