As previously stated, I absolutely need my music to get me through the day. I sit at my desk with a tidy set of headphones on (either Audio Technicas for over ear or the sensational Soundmagic E10s if I'm fancying in-ear) and ignore the world. I've happily sat bopping in my chair with my music blasting while my colleagues wave at me in distress and point at the ceiling with the fire alarm blaring. Own little world.
My moods can sometimes be drastically influenced by my music and very few artists make me happier than the Teddybears (formerly Teddybears STHLM.)
Comfortably one of the most fun, creative, diverse and under appreciated groups in contemporary music. Founded as a hardcore punk band, they've evolved in to a fantastic mashup of genre-bending brilliance, known for their collaborations with vocalists from Jamaican gangster rapper Mad Cobra to punk icon Iggy Pop and Swedish pop megastar Robyn.
They'll team up with anyone to flex their musical muscle and the end product always makes me smile.
They even managed to sneak their way in to the sensational Breaking Bad soundtrack:
And write CeeLo Green's best song since Gnarls Barkley:
In short, everybody should be a Teddybears fan and if you're not, there's something wrong with you.
