@sosbanfach actual coastal seagulls. There are islands in the firth covered in them, and enough birdshit that the rock is actually WHITE - I go out to the Isle of may every couple of years (mostly to see the awesome puffins) and the SMELL is just the worst thing you can imagine. But yeah, I'm a little inland, but they come in from there looking for food and it's ALWAYS in that window, 4-5am. I basically have to get up then because if I go back to sleep, I will sleep through my alarm.

Rednex. Shiiiiit. And I have blocked Aqua out of my brain entirely, they don't exist. But I'd still take that over M People, which was like. . . music for Tampax  adverts. But yeah, the Scandi Noir has definitely made up for a lot of their dodgy musical transgressions in the 80s and 90s. I'm looking forward to The Bridge coming back - I think that's this year.
