Personal pet peeve: Product web pages that (a) lack the information I want, and (b) have broken feedback forms. So not only can't I ask for more information on the product I might want to buy, I also can't tell them their feedback system is broken because they don't post an email address for web support, but instead use the same broken feedback mechanism. I guess that's one way to reduce customer complaints.
