Well, the National Cable show is all wrapped up now. They literally starting turning the lights off around 4:00 to clear people out. I did my booth duty for a couple hours, then wandered the floor in search of good freebies. Managed to snag a keychain-size universal TV remote (seriously! Airport TVs watch out
), chatted with a couple cool people from a little extreme sports programmer called Planet X and snagged one of their DVDs, then grabbed a free smoothy courtesy of the Discovery Channel. Not a bad day. It helped that I've mostly adapted to the 3 hour time difference. All in all, I can say that it's been an interesting experience.
Tomorrow I get up at 7:AM eastern time, to get on a flight back to Seattle that gets in around 1 PM pacific time, then head to the office for a 3:00 meeting. Strange thing is, I actually don't mind. I'm perfectly happy to be busy and productive
Oh, and damn, that's sexy!
