I've driven to Steven's Pass probably at least 40 times in the past three years. For some reason, it wasn't until today that I stopped on my way home at this pull off from the highway to go check out the Skykomish river that runs parallel to the road for quite a few miles. I would like to share a better photo, but of course the batteries in my camera died right after snapping that first picture. Definitely a place to return to with fresh batteries, and probably a sketch pad sometime this summer.
The snowboarding itself was also decent. A few pics for you to enjoy:
Probably my last day out in the snow for a while. Next weekend I'm going to Atlanta to a conference for work for 5 days.
And SG photo management leaves something to be desired...

I wanna go snowboarding someday. I've skied Crystal Mountain a few times, that's about it for me. East Coast is teh suck for skiing.
