I went to kung-fu this evening. Turned out to be only three of us there, including this girl I have a slight crush on. Her and I are going through holds and throws. On one of them, we're back to back, and I throw her around onto the mat, and she lands *almost* like she should have. Her knee got tweaked, and she was clearly hurting and on the verge of tears for several minutes.
She sat out and iced her knee, and the other guy and I kept going through holds, which I found really hard to concentrate on after that. I was happy to see she was back walking around almost normally by the end of the class. I know it isn't my fault she got hurt, that these things do happen. She told me several times it wasn't my fault, but I still feel really bad about it

That's sweet! Now you have something to talk about before/after class.
