instead of wasting my money once again on some nastyass precooked greasy meal that is of course unnecessarily overpriced just because of being in a busy part of the city....
.. i went to the store and bought orange/carrot/apple juice, tuna, spinach, and bell peppers for a yummy sandwich. second day in a row for tuna and spinach. my body is craving protein and iron like crazy.

i have been loving on my coworkers all day today. i can't stop hugging on them.... if you knew me you would know that this is strange because unfortunately i live with these very strong personal boundaries, that at times, have saved me, but for the most part, are just pointless and a quality i would love to not have.

there is a huge 4 inch long gash of a burn smack in the middle of my belly.... and no, unfortunately i cannot explain it to a really nice night, or a tough altercation, or anything else with a great story... it is only due to leaning on a tea kettle while pouring myself tea in the morning. it's a shame that the majority of scars and bruises tracing my body are all due to clumsiness such as leaning on the stove, dropping cigarettes, falling flat on my face, and walking into shit.

i feel like i really have been enjoying the moments when metallica come on the radio on the classic rock station while i'm in my car a littler bit TOO much. i really should have more shame in exposing my complete dorkiness to the world.
