So I got all dressed up for some interviewing, "Speed-dating style" at a careerjobs.com job fair. I felt it was appropriate to capture the moment for posterity. I figure this time next year...I'll be on the cover of both Forbes, and Fortune magazines. Anyway...the job hunt was good, generated some leads/contacts/interviews and maybe even a job here at some point. I don't wan to jinx anything...so I'm going to shut up now. I'm a superstitious dude, what can I say?! (but don't I clean up nicely?!).
Meanwhile, I've been trying to keep my sanity 1400 miles from my wife. And it's not easy. I think we've divorced at LEAST half a dozen times
Hopefully we'll be together soon enough. Though, I am a pessimistic realist; which is not a healthy combination. But it's just how I see things...and sometimes I see things VERY differently from other people.
