is it bad of me to wait till after xmas to buy most of my presents?
it feels a little sad -- on the one hand the festive atmosphere will have dissipated (bad) and the crowds will be the same if not worse (also bad), and the hordes of customers will then be sale-hungry monsters of commercialism (worst). but everything will be cheaper and that is good. I don't think I have much choice, really, i won't even see anyone till january, and even if i mailed stuff today it wouldn't get there by christmas. I'm a cheap bastard with a perpetual guilt complex, I suppose.
so yesterday at work a sensor pin went into my knee like super-far and I pulled it out and thought all was ok. but then later i woke up from a nap and my knee was in agony and i could hardly walk! the funny part though is that all I could think of was how hard it would fuck Gap Inc. if I died or something, and that made me happy.
but then i decided that it wasn't worth the pleasure so today i got a tetanus shot, etc. don't worry, it's getting better.
I'm really stoned so that's all for now.
